Behind your Router, just on top of the Blue WAN port, you should see a label written:
“POE 30V”, if that's the case, follow Step 1; if not, skip Step 1 and follow Step 2.
Step 1. Verify that the following setup is correct and perform an Internet reboot at the end:
- Verify that the Internet cable is correctly plugged in: The Internet cable (Grey, Blue, Black or Yellow) coming from the Antenna should go directly into the WAN (Blue) Port.
- Verify that the Adapter cable is correctly plugged in: The Router Adapter should be plugged into the power outlet while the cable should be inserted into the Power Voltage port behind your Router
- Verify that the following Lights are turned ON, on the Router: The WLAN/POWER/WAN lights should be on or flickering.
- Reboot your Internet by: Removing the Router Adapter OUT/IN from the power outlet.
Step 2. Verify that the following setup is correct and perform an Internet reboot at the end:
- Verify that the Internet cable is correctly plugged in: The Internet cable (Grey, Blue, Black or Yellow) from the Antenna should go directly into the Antenna Adapter (Power+Data) port and the cable from the Antenna Adapter (Gigabit Data) should go directly into the WAN Port.
- Verify that the Antenna Adapter & Router Adapter cables are correctly plugged in: The Antenna Adapter & Router Adapter should be plugged into the power outlet.
- Verify that the following Lights are turned ON, on the Router: The WLAN/POWER/WAN lights should be on or flickering.
- Reboot your Internet by: Removing both Antenna Adapter & Router Adapter OUT/IN from the power outlet.
